About Kristin

Kristin is a wife, a mom, and a fitness coach. She has always had a passion for health and fitness. After several health challenges and pregnancy complications, including being bed ridden for 6 months, Kristin was inspired to turn her struggles into inspiration. That is when Fit with KG was born.

Through personal training and bootcamp classes Kristin will help you become a stronger, healthier version of yourself! Kristin knows how hard prioritizing personal fitness is when you are pregnant and/or are a mom and will work with you to create a custom plan that works for your schedule.
