Hi and welcome to the Fit with KG blog. I am so excited you are here and are taking the time out of your day to read this. First things first, I’m new to this blogging thing so please be kind. 😊
I’m Kristin, I’m a wife, I’m a new mom, I’m a Christ follower, I’m a fitness coach, I’m a former teacher and I wanted to create this blog as a place where I can just be me. A place where I can write what I want, share recipes, fitness tips and workouts, and just be able to share a glimpse into my life.
Helping women has always been something I’ve wanted to do, and I am blessed that my dream is slowly becoming a reality. I started this fitness journey a little over a year ago by hosting bootcamp classes in my neighborhood. I slowly started doing personal training with a few clients and have just evolved from there. I am a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor; I am a CrossFit Level 1 coach and a Pn1 Nutrition Exercise Coach. I recently just became a 4th Trimester Fitness Instructor, which I am super excited about. (I will talk more about that in my next blog). 😊
No matter what fitness level you are, if you are a new mama, experienced mom, or not a mom, this place is for you. There are workouts for all levels in life and I can wait to help you reach your own fitness and health goals.
