My First Class
Ya’ll, I did it! I taught my first class as a 4th Trimester Fitness Instructor!! I taught the Pelvic Floor Core and More™️ Class and it went surprisingly well. I ended up teaching a small group of amazing women at my house. It was a three-hour clinic on a Saturday morning, and it was so much fun. We had coffee, the ladies were able to meet new friends and socialize a bit, we worked on our pelvic floor and core and had such a great time. One of the participants that went said to me, she didn’t even know what the pelvic floor was and that she learned so much from the class. That made my heart burst! <3
I love to exercise and am a personal trainer so the exercise portion of the class was easy for me but honestly I’m new to all the anatomy and background of the pelvic floor or any 4th Trimester Fitness Class so I was worried it would be a little awkward for me. I truly felt comfortable though speaking about things and I know with more classes and practice it will flow even better.
Overall, I’m super happy that I had 5 amazing women come to my house, take my first class and learn more about their bodies while strengthening their pelvic floor and core. I can’t wait to teach my next class and be able to help empower more women. My next class I’ll be teaching is PPR – Postpartum Recovery®️ Fitness and it starts September 3rd.
